Jerry White

Jerry White is a Partner at WTC Performance Group, a broad-based, global organizational development and business consulting firm, serving our satisfied clients since 1991. We provide employee training, executive coaching, organizational development consulting, business development, and strategic planning services. We provide a broad range of business advisory services to a variety of clients, both domestic and international.

Jerry has a lengthy career with ever-expanding experiences in a variety of industries. He was an Automotive Product Manager for a Division of Allen-Bradley, followed later by assuming the role of National Sales Manager. Jerry was also the Marketing Manager for North American operations for TDK, a major Japanese corporation. He then followed his passions and joined a Subsidiary of International Jensen, a large, global manufacturer and leader in consumer electronics. Jerry was recruited to be Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Before entering into Business Consulting, Jerry completed his work within the corporate world as the Vice President & General Manager of that Subsidiary.

With his broad background and established relationships, it was his dream to apply all of these to a strong ability to advise clients. Within WTC Performance Group, the Team of advisors was able to serve clients in the automotive field, banking, retail, manufacturing, and health care, just to name a few. Global projects were completed for clients in South Africa, Brazil, and China.

As an aside, Jerry followed his passion for teaching and mentoring students. As an Adjunct Professor, he taught within the Graduate School of the School of Business for five years at the University of Dallas. He received awards for teaching excellence.

Jerry serves his community well. He was a two-term City Councilman in Cedar Hill, a town near Dallas. He also served as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Economic Development Corporation for 21 years. He is currently a Commissioner of Planning and Zoning.

Jerry graduated from Michigan Technological University with both a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and in Business Administration. He also has an MBA from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.

Jerry is married to Mary, his business partner at WTC Performance Group. They have two adult children, a son, Jim, and a daughter, Karen. Jim lives in Magnolia, Texas, and is married to Shana. They gave them a granddaughter, Jessica, and a grandson, Nicholas. They also have a daughter, Karen, who lives in Charleston, West Virginia. She is married to Scott. They have no children.
