As a Management Consultant, he has written processes and procedures to implement change for government, manufacturing, service, and retail business. Topics have included law enforcement early intervention, identity and access management, and financial management.

As CIO and technology consultant, he has written policies, selected software, implemented cloud solutions, managed infrastructure, managed projects, planned requirements, and implemented interfaces.
